We hold as little as we can, for as short as we can, for the work we are doing with you. This notice is for boomtrak.com and the account behind Sign in.

Who we are

BoomTrak is run by Design Lab North. Design Lab North are Ewan Kirkwood and Dave Kirkwood. Write to build@designlabnorth.com. Company details will sit here once they are filed. Until then that mailbox is how you reach us.

What we collect

• If you email us: your address, and what you wrote.
• If you have an account: the login, a hashed password, and the record of the sites and invoices on that account.
• Sign in sets a session cookie so the account stays open. Logout ends it on this browser.

A client’s own public site has its own host. Where that site keeps a separate book, that book has the last word.

Asking

Write to the same address to ask what we hold, or to ask us to correct it. We will say if a record has to stay because the work or the books require it.
