Terms

16 October 2026

These terms are for boomtrak.com and for signing in. A proper engagement letter still governs paid work. If that letter and this page disagree, the letter wins for that job.

Who

BoomTrak is the website practice of Design Lab North. Design Lab North are Ewan Kirkwood and Dave Kirkwood. Write to build@designlabnorth.com. Company details will sit here once they are filed.

The public site

The pages describe the work. They are not a quote and they are not a contract. Copy on this site is ours.

Accounts

An account is for the person we named. Keep the login to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used it. We can close a login that is being abused. Sign in uses a session cookie. Logout ends it on this browser.

The sites we host

A live site and its sandbox sit on our server for the time we are hosting them. What goes on the public site is agreed with you. We do not put a half-finished page out.
